We supply genuine Alpin products and carry out professional installations for homes, offices and commercial premises. All work follows current electrical and refrigerant regulations. You receive a commissioning report and full warranty documentation.

All Alpin air conditioners and heat pumps come with a 3-year full manufacturer warranty. The top-range Nordic, Pro and Elite series include a 10-year compressor warranty — one of the longest in the industry. The Alpha series includes a 5-year compressor warranty.

Covers parts and labour on all Alpin systems for 3 years from date of purchase.
Compressor Warranty — 10 Years
Nordic, Pro and Elite series carry a 10-year compressor warranty. Annual maintenance is required to keep this warranty valid.
Alpha Compressor — 5 Years
The entry-level Alpha series includes a 5-year compressor warranty — still well above the industry standard at this price point.
