Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep the 10-year compressor warranty (and 3-year full warranty) valid, annual maintenance by a qualified technician is required. We recommend booking a service visit each spring before the cooling season. Contact us to set up a maintenance schedule.
Before Contacting Service
Please read the operating manual for your appliance before reporting a fault. Many apparent problems — such as the unit not starting, error codes on the display, or unusual noise — can be resolved quickly by following the troubleshooting guide in the manual. You can also consult our Help & FAQ page.
